Cooper's new girlfriend

In general, dropping off Cooper at daycare in the morning is fairly routine. Today, the owner of daycare opted to hold him with another baby--Nola. As soon as Cooper was safely in her arms, he reached over and grabbed Nola's hand. I had to laugh and of course I took a pic. Camera phones are great for capturing funny moments!

Happy St. Patty's Day!

Cooper is 25% Irish so I figured it was appropriate for him to celebrate the holiday! He's sporting his new Celtics headband. I couldn't find an infant one but luckily I was able to procure a "one size fits all" headband. They weren't kidding. Well, except that it won't fit my head.

Some photos from the holidays

The beginning phase of Cooper rolling over for the first time.

Tummy time

So sweet

Not so sweet any more! I know it's hard to see the photo, but it's funny so look closely.

Safe in dad's big strong arms.

NYE was a little more tame this year

That stats are in!

I know everyone's been waiting with bated breath for Cooper's stats. Well, maybe not but we've gotten at least a few requests about his numbers. Cooper's been hard at work trying to catch up to his friend Thayer (who's 3 months older) and I think he's done a good job.

It'll be nobody's surprise that he's in the 99th percentile for height (25.75") and 97th percentile for weight (15 lbs). His head circumference is a moderate 41cm which is only in the 70th percentile. Must have gotten Bridget's head genes.

Until next time....

Exhausted from the holidays

Cooper successfully returned from his first trip to see his relatives in New Jersey. Boy did they spoil him rotten!
Stay tuned for his latest stats following his next pediatrician appointment on Monday.

No it's not gas...

It's hard not to smile back at this picture. I'm actually surprised that I was able to capture it with my sub-par iPhone camera. At least now I have proof that Cooper's smiles are legitimate and not the product of post-meal gas.
